Your communication is good ie. you were quick to contact me to tell me the retinol was out of stock. However, your Insider club is dishonest in how it presents the pricing. Because comparing the ‘Insider’ price which does not include VAT against the RRP which does include VAT is hardly representative or transparent. Your other good points - delivery is quick and products are well packaged

I love the great service you give. My orders are placed and received within a couple of days. They are packed with so much love and care it’s like receiving a present each time my order arrives. The popcorn and the beautiful wrapping are a lovely touch. I love how you can pick and choose the free samples on offer, also the free travel size products are a great bonus for taking on little trips away, thus also can sometimes be of your own choice too. Customer service is unbeatable, you actually seem to genuinely care for your customers. One criticism though, you are selling the cream at the price it should be, unlike some other suppliers, but you advertise it as being reduced from well over £30 . You don't need to do that, it casts doubt on your integrity.
