MAKE YOUR OWN SOOTHING SPRAY
A spray top bottle filled with 100ml of water and your favourite Alexandra Kay essential oil blend is all you need to make a homemade essential oil spray.
Dilute approximately 20 drops your favourite blend into a spray top bottle that contains 100ml of pure water then shake the bottle vigorously to blend the water and oil together. You can then spritz it into the air or onto a pillow to bring a naturally relaxing scent into your bedroom before bedtime or get a morning energy boost!
