How To Use
Shake well before use. Moisten a cotton pad with the product and place on each closed eye. Gently dab the cotton pad on the eyelid for 10 seconds to allow eyeshadow to completely dissolve. Then sweep over the eyelashes from root to tip, without rubbing.
