Plump looking lips at last! I have quite thin lips and now I have discovered this lip liner I have finally mastered the art of plump looking lips. The liner is easy to use and the texture doesn't dry your lips out. I particularly LOVE the Halo end to give me a cupids bow whilst looking natural. Great product.
