Postage And Packaging

UK & Channel Islands

Standard Delivery

We want you to get your order as soon as is humanly possible, so we send it out by First Class delivery using the fab services of the Royal Mail. That means that once shipped, over 98% of orders are delivered the next day. That's quick!

Special Delivery

If you have selected to pay extra and use our UK Next Day Courier Service, your parcel will be sent the same day proving your order is placed before 3pm and is guaranteed to be delivered the next working day (Monday to Friday). If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday / Bank Holiday you will receive your goods one day after the next working day. Please note next day delivery is to the UK mainland only, delivery times to highlands and islands will be longer.

Rest of Europe

We send your order using the Royal Mail postal system via AirMail to ensure you get your order as quick as we can get it to you. To get the best postal service possible for you without getting silly on prices, we do charge a low £3.00 postage fee per order (so make sure you order as much as you can each time). This enables us to get the highly rated first class delivery for you.

Delivery times

We strive every day to post as many orders as we can. Usually that means that most orders get posted the same day if ordered before 12pm. If you order around that time or after the odds are that we will send it out the next day. Occasionally we might have to wait a day or so for some stock to arrive but that is only on a few occasions.

We will send you an email once your order has been shipped so you'll know that is on it's way to you.

Frequently Asked Questions About Deliveries

Delayed or Lost Parcels

We cannot class a parcel as lost unless at least 15 working days have passed for UK orders, 20 workings days have passed for EU order and 25 working days have passed for items sent to the reset of the world.

Returns

We take our 30 day returns policy, no quibble guarantee very seriously here at Jersey Beauty Company!

UK Customers

Please email us at quoting the order number. Let us know what you are returning (and we'd really appreciate it if you let us know why you are returning it). We will then send to you a returns label which you can print off. Once complete, repackage your item in the original box, attach the label securely and drop the box in at your local post office.

Non-UK Customers

Please simply return the items to us! Include your name and address as well as the order number so we can track it, and send it to:

Refund

We offer refunds in two ways and you can choose whichever is more convenient for you. Firstly, we can refund directly to the card you used during the payment process or, if you are planning to purchase you next batch of Dermalogica products soon, we can simply send you a voucher code for the full amount, ready to use when you next order (this helps us to keep our costs low too).

All our products come with a 30 day money back guarantee. So you can shop with us with complete peace of mind. If there is any reason whatsoever that you are not totally satisfied with your purchase just return it to us within the 30 days for a full NO QUIBBLE refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you return something because of an error on our part or because it's damaged or defective, we'll refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us (either by a personalised pre-paid return label or by refunding your return postage costs).

If you decide to return an order to us where there is no error on our part and you use a personalised pre-paid return label, we'll deduct the return postage from your overall refund.

Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene, we cannot replace good if the seals have been broken, unless they are faulty.

Cancelling Orders

If you are still on the website, you can cancel your order on-line at any point up to the completion of the SECPay secure payment section at the checkout. 

Beyond this point please email our customer services department  quoting your order number. We do offer a full 30 day money back guarantee, so please let us know before then. And, of course, your statutory rights are not affected.

If your order has already been shipped, please return it to us following the refund procedure above.

Damaged Goods

We're really sorry if you get your goods damaged! We do send out the product in some sturdy boxes, but occasionally there is some damaged. Just send us an email to or call us on 0845 833 6387 and we'll arrange for some new, undamaged product to be sent to you as soon as we can as well as send you a returns label for the damaged stuff.

Small Print

If your delivery address is outside of the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; jerseybeautycompany.co.uk advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information. Please note that your goods may be sent to you in instalments.
